The mission of the Tai Chi Yoga Center is to provide quality body mind trainings of tai chi, qigong, yoga and meditation. We offer classes, workshops, retreats and training to anyone with a desire to learn, cultivate and share with others.

 

Learn from Master Instructor and Trainer Suman Barkhas, E-RYT and Yoga Therapist. Peony Prashanti is a Healer and a Spiritual World Peace Diet Facilitator.
